Order Changes and Cancellation
Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer service representatives at (303) 688-8310 between 9 am - 5 pm MST Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not been sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Checking the Status of Your Order
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within two to three business days. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email, which will include your Purecolorsinc.com order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with a UPS Tracking Number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please e-mail us at sales@purecolorsinc.com.
Refunds
All returns may be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. Pure Colors, Inc., will not refund shipping and a 30% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the customer. Please note that customers must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to sending back returned product. Such Authorization number may be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: sales@purecolorsinc.com or calling Customer Service at (303) 688-8310. Once such process is followed, an exchange or store credit will be issued to the customer.
All returns are subject to review and approval by management.
